LIFF Water Filters ...

I spoke to John at Direct Water Filters last year. His advice saved me making a more expensive but ultimately unsuitable purchase.

Instead, I ordered a superb unit from Direct that done everything I wanted it to do, ie remove hormones, bacteria, plastic particles and heavy metals like fluoride (the things that concerned me and my wife were greatly concerned about). We now have clean water for our whole family and most importantly my 2-year-old daughter".

I live in Portugal and we had an unusable, salty well. Direct water filters put together a system that desalinated and sterilised our water for drinking and gardening at a fraction of the price of all the other systems we found. John was always available to answer any questions and put together an R/O set up that met our budget and works well. Highly recommended

Dear John, I just want to tell you how delighted I am with the new Direct Waters "Chatsworth" water filter system. As you are aware I changed from a stainless steel Franke unit and it could not have been simpler. I removed the whole Franke unit and the "Chatsworth" housing fitted easily into the same place - just a little adjustment. I connected the water pipes into the housing myself, no plumber needed. Because the unit is so compact and light it was easy to click the cartridge into the housing and it will be simple to replace the cartridge when required. I managed to change systems very easily and I am 82 years young!! Wow-what a brilliant system to fit and use. Many thanks for your care and help, Kind regards, Jill Wheeler PS. The communication prior to purchasing the water filter was very good. All questions were answered well. I decided to go with this filter as it was the only one that removed endocrine disruptors in the UK. The filter came within a couple of days of ordering and was well packaged. It was fairly easy to install considering we have zero DIY skills. The video that John sent was also helpful and we had a couple of questions while installing and he was on hand to answer them. After installation, I would suggest running the filters for at least 30 minutes before using it as I found the water tasted better then. It's been a month now and we are very happy with our purchase. So handy having fresh, clean water on hand without having to buy bottled water. I would recommend Directwaterfilters. Great price, quality, and customer care. I have been buying my water filters of Direct Water Filters for at least 8 years and they have always given me superb service.

I have purchased a 1600 GPD system for our kitchen (under sink) because we prefer drinking RO water for quite a long time now. Also I am an Aquarium owner and need bigger amounts of RO water from time to time. After some issues in installing, the system turned out to be very powerful and effective. I want to emphasize, that John is a really great person, always taking time for my issues and questions and I enjoyed an excellent support. Really, that was outstanding. Thanks again!
